About
Uplifted runs fully funded, trauma-informed strength training courses at a private training space for women, survivors, LGBTQIA+ people, and people living with mental or physical disabilities. It offers a range of options, including 12-week all-gender courses, 8-week women-only courses, 8-week transgender masculine courses, and taster sessions, each designed to build mental and physical strength and confidence. The organisation focuses on strength training, sport and fitness for people who face barriers in mainstream gym spaces, helping them feel strong and capable within a supportive, LGBTQIA+ inclusive environment.
