Where our data comes from
We cross-check listings against the UK's public charity and company registers. Here's when we last pulled fresh data from each one.

How we verify
Every organisation we publish is matched against official registers. Most of the catalogue is checked by automated systems first; a narrow set of ordinary cases can go live automatically when two independent AI systems agree at high confidence — anything they disagree on, or that falls into a sensitive category, goes to a person. We keep reviewing listings after they're live.
