The Lowdown is a mental health charity in Northamptonshire, offering free, safe, non-judgmental and confidential support for 8 to 25 year olds. It provides counselling, information and guidance, wellbeing support, LGBTQIA+ support, youth groups and sexual health services, alongside offerings such as RE:Start and drop-ins.
