About
Blossom LGBT works to promote equality and diversity for LGBTQIA+ young adults aged 16 to 30. It carries out research, raises awareness, advocates for inclusive policies and tackles discrimination affecting this age group. The organisation also offers education, mentoring, skills workshops and career advice, aiming to reduce unemployment and support social inclusion and well-being. Alongside this, it provides spaces such as community hubs and digital resources where LGBTQIA+ people can gather and support one another.
