About

Roots Theatre is a queer touring theatre company based in Yorkshire, led by LGBTQIA+ people. It stages collaborations between communities and LGBTQIA+ artists, producing UK and international tours, including the Fringe First Award-winning 'Happy Meal'. The organisation partners with LGBTQIA+ artists, communities and charities to create theatrical projects, and is a registered charity committed to celebrating queer creativity in North Yorkshire and beyond.
