About
Pride in North Cumbria brings the LGBTQIA+ community together across the region through an inclusive movement of activities and support. It offers recreational activities such as socialising, arts and crafts, short trips, sports and games, media and culture, performance, and gardening. Alongside this, the organisation provides emotional and psychological support, including counselling, promotes health and wellbeing, and runs peer-mentoring so people can learn from each other's experiences. It also offers education, training, skill-building, self-development, advocacy, advice, signposting, partnership work, historical research, and events.
