MindOut provides advocacy, casework, counselling and peer support groupwork for LGBTQIA+ people with mental health issues. It also offers training for organisations and communities in LGBTQIA+ mental health awareness.
Most services run in Brighton & Hove, alongside an online support service and a national consultancy. MindOut also offers trans and gender-diverse specific services, including affirming counselling, peer mentoring and befriending.
The organisation runs further peer support, such as a group for LGBTQIA+ people of colour, and works to improve mental health and wellbeing across LGBTQIA+ communities.
