About

Progress Cymru Counselling offers confidential counselling from experienced, qualified counsellors to LGBTQIA+ people and their allies. Sessions can help with relationships, family issues, bereavement, sexual orientation and gender identity, including systemic family transitioning counselling, as well as stress, anxiety and other emotional issues. Support is available face-to-face, by Zoom or over the phone, and the charity also runs a Wellbeing Hub with self-paced workshops. It has been providing support since 2004 and has since expanded its services to include online counselling and corporate training.
