Micro Rainbow International Foundation is a registered charity in England and Wales that works globally to help LGBTQIA+ people achieve their full potential in life. It aims to secure equal access to employment, training, education, financial services, healthcare, housing, places of faith, and public places and services.
The charity runs three main programmes: economic empowerment and advocacy, emergency housing and support, and social inclusion. It also conducts and commissions research on equality and diversity issues affecting LGBTQIA+ people and publishes the results.
Its work includes projects such as small-business fairs for LBTQI+ women entrepreneurs in Brazil, supporting income generation, training and leadership. The foundation also works to prevent homelessness among LGBTQIA+ asylum seekers in the United Kingdom.
