Leeds LGBTQ+ Community Consortium supports LGBTQIA+ community members who face social exclusion because of sexual orientation or gender re-assignment, including older people and those who are unwell or disabled. It provides activities that help reduce isolation and support health, working with partners across Leeds to improve the lives of LGBTQIA+ people.
