Kairos Women+ (KW+) is a community-led organisation based in Renfrewshire, Scotland, bringing together transgender women and non-binary people to take an active part in their local community. It values each person's strengths and lived experience, and reaches out to women+ facing difficult times to include them. The organisation offers personal development programmes, training opportunities, a supported volunteer programme, peer support groups, project planning groups, and social spaces.
