About
International Gay Rugby gives members of the LGBTQIA+ community the chance to play rugby through clubs and teams built on tolerance and acceptance. It offers community outreach, competitive play and tournament events for players at any level, and works with rugby governing bodies and partner organisations worldwide to improve tolerance and acceptance of LGBTQIA+ athletes throughout the sport. As a global community for players and fans, it shares news and events and keeps a directory of inclusive rugby clubs around the world. It also hosts regular meet-ups and supports the Bingham Cup, a major international rugby tournament.
