About
Brighton and Hove LGBT Switchboard supports the public across Sussex, working to protect public health and help relieve mental and emotional distress. It offers advice, information and wellbeing services to people who are bisexual, lesbian or gay, as well as transgender people and those unsure about their sexuality. Established in 1975, the charity runs helplines, befriending and training, and works towards an inclusive society for LGBTQIA+ people.
