About
GIRES is a UK-wide, trans-led charity working to improve the lives of trans, gender-diverse and non-binary people of all ages. It provides information and education on transgender and gender diverse issues, supporting politicians, policy makers, employers, service-providing organisations, family members and journalists in understanding these topics. The charity also helps organisations, trainers and individuals build meaningful trans and gender-diverse inclusion through evidence-based research and resources, and delivers specialist training, e-learning and consultancy to public and private sector organisations.
