Plus Importance Project aims to create a world where people who identify fully or partly in the + of LGBTQIA+ experience equal rights, respect and representation.
The organisation trains and supports other organisations to become more inclusive of + identities, and works to improve public awareness and understanding.
It also undertakes research and advocates for equal rights and representation for people in the + of LGBTQIA+, who the organisation says often face erasure and exclusion.
