About
LGBT+ Network For Change advocates for LGBTQIA+ community members and campaigns for supportive policies, offering training and educational services both online and in person. It conducts research, creates information resources and shares them widely, and supports volunteering opportunities. Working with partner organisations, it helps LGBTQIA+ people and allies push back against anti-LGBTQIA+ behaviour and discrimination across Dorset, Wessex and the wider UK. The charity aims to support LGBTQIA+ communities, especially those often overlooked, and to influence public and private sector organisations to improve LGBTQIA+ engagement and safety, while also celebrating LGBTQIA+ cultures and collaborating with other equality and diversity groups.
