About
HiVitality runs residential retreats across the UK for people living with HIV. Each retreat brings together peer support, facilitated discussion groups, complementary therapies and social activities in a safe, supportive setting. The aim is to support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, while helping to reduce stigma and isolation and building a community of mutual understanding among those who attend.
