Barefoot Sport Allies is a charitable initiative that grew out of the Warwick Rowers Calendar project. It works to promote inclusion and remove homophobia from sport.
It aims to make sport an inclusive and supportive route to personal growth for everyone. It has a particular focus on gender and non-heteronormative sexualities.
The organisation wants sport to play a bigger part in promoting inclusion and diversity more widely, working towards a world where sport leads on diversity.
