Step out of the everyday and into a night of humour and heartfelt drama as we swap muddy boots for the theatre and settle in for a production of ‘To have and to hold’ brought to life by Bingley Little Theatre.A warm blend of Northern grit and real heart that tackles memory, ageing and all things family with a smile and a laugh. Anyone who has watched their own parents grow older will find something and someone to recognise here.After sixty years of marriage, settled into their Yorkshire retirement village, Jack and Florence have turned bickering into an art form. They are getting along just fine, with the support of their cousin and the hilarious interventions from their friend the locals know as ‘Rhubarb Eddie’….but will their anxious son, bouncing between London and LA, and their snobby daughter, eyeing a move to Australia, leave them to live out their days in peace?Tickets are £13 (you'll need to purchase your own prior to the event), details are below. Seats are reserved so we'll do our best to sit together!Everyone is welcome on this relaxed evening. There’ll be chance to get to know one another and chat to other members. Whether you're new to OutdoorLads or been with us for a while, it'll be a friendly evening of fun.
