About this event

Our AGM this year is during our BIG 20 Celebration event in the Peak District! If you are already attending the "BIG 20: The Celebration Event" weekend you DO NOT need to register again to attend the AGM, your attendance is implied anyway. Full (including concession) members wishing to attend in person who are not attending the overall weekend should sign up on this current page. You can also attend the meeting online. The AGM is a celebration of everything OutdoorLads and its volunteers have achieved to date, and you'll hear about future plans, including our new strategy. The AGM is a chance for Full (including Concession) Members to have their say by asking questions, and voting on governance matters, including electing trustees. If you're a PAYG Member, you can still attend, but you will not be able to vote.To help us manage the AGM fairly and effectively for both those attending in person and those joining online, we will be asking members to submit questions in advance. This will allow the Board to consider the questions properly and ensure that members attending via either method have an equal opportunity to have their questions addressed. Questions can be submitted here up until 10am on Friday 25th September 2026 and responses will be provided during the relevant section of the AGM where possible. Any questions  unanswered during the AGM due to time constraints will be answered afterwards and made available to all members. Anonymous questions will not be accepted.  AGM DocumentationThe AGM documents are available here. Joining InstructionsYou will be able to join the meeting in person from 8:30am and the meeting will start promptly at 9:00am. It is expected to last for one hour. Whilst you may then take part in the day's planned outdoor activities, you will not be able to join the evening celebrations planned as part of the overall weekend. Photos: 2023 AGM at HOME, provided by Dan Byrnes with permission for OutdoorLads' use. Headline photo by Mourizal Zativa on Unsplash
