Come and join us for a chilled and fun Sunday bouldering session!Bouldering is a form of climbing where instead of long high routes, the ‘problems’ as they are referred to, tend to be lower/shorter and focus on technique, balance, body positioning and sometimes power. Because of this different emphasis, bouldering doesn’t have the hassle of climbing with ropes, harnesses and belaying, which makes the activities excellent for newcomers to the sport. With climbs of various grades suitable for complete beginners to seasoned pros, you decide how much you wish to challenge yourself.If you have not visited the Stronghold Centre before, it is recommended that you pre-register online prior to your first visit. Please watch the online introduction video as you may be asked a few easy questions to complete your registration at the centre.We look forward to seeing you at what is always a fun event.If you are new to bouldering you are welcome to join us at our regular weekly Thursday evening and Saturday morning indoor bouldering sessions which are open to all levels.All those attending must also be aware of the centre’s own T&C’s etc. You are responsible at all times for your own safety, actions and involvement.
