This is on of a series of events taking place in Hull over the weekend. Take a look at the Hull Social page to see what else is going on.Explore Hull’s Maritime Heritage, Art and The DeepJoin Shaun for an exploration of some of Kingston upon Hull’s most popular attractions, including the recently refurbished Hull Maritime Museum, Ferens Art Gallery and The Deep aquarium.We’ll discover more about Hull’s fascinating maritime history, its fishing industry and marina, as well as enjoying the impressive collection of artworks at Ferens Art Gallery, which has exhibitions spread across both floors.The Hull Maritime Museum has been closed for refurbishment since January 2020 and has recently reopened, making this an exciting opportunity to see the newly refurbished museum. It is free to enter. You can find more information here. As this popular attraction has only recently reopened, it might be advisable to book a slot in advance. Ferens Art Gallery is also free to enter. More information is available here.Our final stop will be The Deep, one of Hull’s best-known attractions. Opened in 2002 as part of the city’s Millennium celebrations, The Deep is home to an amazing variety of marine life and is well worth a visit if you haven’t been before.This part of the tour is optional. Entry costs around £21.50 per adult, with concessions available. We recommend purchasing your ticket in advance to guarantee entry, although tickets may be available on the day, subject to availability. You can book tickets through The Deep’s website.There is a café at The Deep for anyone who would like to have something to eat or drink at the end of the tour.If you don't wish to visit The Deep, you are welcome to leave the group after our visit to Ferens Art Gallery. Entry to The Deep is not included in the event and is entirely optional.If the event is fully booked: please join the waiting list as people may drop out during the week before an event and you are likely to get a place on the walk.Your First OutdoorLads Event?
