Join Mark and Laurence for a nostalgic and explosive evening at the Midland Railway – Butterley. This isn't just a fireworks display; it’s a full heritage experience with steam trains, vintage exhibits, and a great social atmosphere. Why not make a day of it, there will be a walk during the day which will be published closer to the day.The Plan5:00pm: Meet the group at Butterley Station.5:15pm: We’ll catch the train over to Swanwick Junction. This gives us plenty of time to grab some seasonal food, a few drinks, and explore the site before the main event.7:30pm: The fireworks display begins!9:30pm: Last train departs Swanwick back to the car park at Butterley.What’s Included?Your £16 ticket (booked via the Midland railway) covers:The return train ride from Butterley to Swanwick.Entry to the fireworks display.Access to the Stationary Power Display and Road Transport Display.A visit to the Victorian Railwayman's Church and the Demonstration Signal Box.Feeling brave?
